The Consulting & Training Foundation born from the industry needs over the safety strategy and understanding of it filosophy, from here, our team have been growing reaching environments on aeronautical business, airport administration and connectivity for regions also our instructors on human factors, work with the companies looking for the implementation of the integrality principle, it is, human talent administration under the technical, cognitive and soft skills, this as the best way to mitigate the huiman error.
Aspects like: just culture, organizational processes, risk management, efficiency and the balance over production & protection, are our goal and commitment. Precisely that is the reason why the airlines and other companies at the industry, had decide to consult us and include us as an strategical tool inside their operations.

RUBÉN LÉSMES B.
General Manager
Air force graduated pilot and also commercial pilot, flight instructor and standardizer, specialist on safety and risk management strategies for companies and SSP for states, consultant in different countries and for differente aviation kind of companies (MRO,ATO,Airline, Cargo. ATC), consultant for Psychology Associations, specialist on maintenance organizations processes and special air operations like helicopters & medical transport.
Captain Lesmes, have been operations manager in different companies and CEO, with over 38 years of experience he had participated on many scenarios developing the safety culture and philosophy, writer of the integrality principle that leads the inclusion of the soft skills with the technical and cognitive skills on all the human talent management.

LUISA BAUTISTA
Legal Accountable
State contractor, she has developed a wide variety of contracts both public and private in sectors such as health, transportation, multimodal connectivity, and of course in the aeronautical field. Knowledgeable in the SECOP II and SECOP III systems with over 10 years of contracting experience, Luisa leads the legal and juridical aspects that frame contractual agreements and strategic alliances to achieve business objectives. Currently, Luisa is in charge of legal partnerships and contracts at C&T F.

MARIA JOSÉ MONSALVE
Public Procurement
With over 6 years of experience, María José is a lawyer specializing in public law, with strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach. She is an expert in public law and has also been trained in key areas such as microfinance, document management in the workplace, accounting, strategic goals, and of course, public or government contracting. She currently leads the government contracting group for C&T F.

ALEJANDRO JOYA
Military Business Manager
Navy graduated pilot and commercial pilot, with over 24 years of experience, captain Joya have been instructor pilot, ground school instructor, specialist on safety and security, coronel retired from the Colombian Naval Aviation, last rol as navy officer was as Caribbean Aeronaval Group Commander. Graduated on safety sciences and strategies, consultant for safety and specialist on maintenance processes. Today Captain Joya flies as commercial pilot and instructor and, instructor on Threat and error management, CRM and human factors now the coronel (r), Alejandro Joya is developing the military business for Consulting & Training Foundation at Central and South America

LINA MONSALVE
Logistic Management
Graduated in Business Administration, with over 10 years of experience, Ms. Lina has worked as a quality auditor and in internal control of administrative processes. She has participated as a consultant in socioeconomic aspects of regions seeking to develop air connectivity. Additionally, Lina has worked as a consultant in the development of connectivity plans for government entities in Colombia. She currently oversees logistics and support for all consulting contracts of C&TF internationally.

MARCELA ZAPATA
Corporate Business Manager
With over 15 years of experience, Marcela have been working for great companies like, Hewlett Packard - Senior QA engineer, IBM - Senior TIBCO QA engineer, DGAC Colombia - IT Software Engineer, and 12 years in Avianca - Project Manager / Product Manager. Marcela is graduated on systems engineering with special emphasis on project management, She has enough experience leading global initiatives that drive digital and business transformations. Proven track record in managing full product lifecycles, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing quality assurance methodologies. Skilled in identifying customer needs, mitigating risks, and ensuring project success from conception to delivery.
